Whether you need help with menu development for a new concept or looking to revamp an existing menu, our experts can develop exciting dishes that are inline with your brand and contribute to your bottom line. 




· Four cheeses with candied walnuts, pickled onions, honey and crackers 

· Three meats charcuterie platter with mustard 2 ways, cornichons and crostini 

-Cheese and charcuterie platter with 3 cheeses, 2 meats, cornichons, candied walnuts, olives and crackers 

· Mediterranean platter with hummus, tzatziki, pickled onions, olives, and pita bread 

· Antipasto platter with roasted peppers, artichokes, olives, pepperoncini, bruschetta, olive oil and herbs for dipping, focaccia bread


-Crab cakes with grilled corn salad

-Seared scallop with wilted greens and mustard sauce

-Root veggies with crostini and lemon ginger reduction

-Blue cheese stuffed dates with wilted greens and Pinot Noir mustard gastrique

-Butter poached pear stuffed with herbed goat cheese and prosciutto


-Greens with pears and Gorgonzola

-Acorn squash soup with tahini and honey

-Panzanella salad served warm with charred Brussels sprouts, pepitas, bacon mustard vinaigrette and ricotta cheese

-Shrimp bisque with tarragon oil and spiced cream

-Classic Cesar salad with white anchovy, garlic croutons, and shaved pecorino Romano

-Beet salad with candied walnut dressing, feta, baby arugula and nuts


-Steamed cabbage wrapped cod with Parmesan potato cream, crispy garlic and pickled onions

-Pan roasted scallops with corn succotash, crispy pancetta and vanilla buerre blanc

-Ginger glazed salmon with green onion confit and parsnip purée

-Garlic shrimp and cheesy grits


-Pan roasted tenderloin with cauliflower gratin, and lemon reduction

-Lemon mustard grilled pork loin with horseradish whipped potatoes and rosemary jus

-Ossobucco with creamy polenta

-Duck breast with citrus reduction and garlicky greens

-Lamb shoulder braised in red wine with white bean ragout

-Oven roasted turkey breast with truffled mashed potatoes and rosemary au jus

-Lobster surf and turf with grass fed filet mignon with olive oil smashed potatoes and roasted heirloom carrots
